An outstanding opportunity for a talented accounts professional to join our dynamic and friendly international travel company at our riverside office in York City Centre.
This is an exciting environment for an ambitious and versatile candidate, reporting directly to the finance director. A varied environment, and excellent all round career advancement is offered as you will be involved in all areas of finance and accounting, as well as helping the finance director to rebuild the finance team as the company returns to previous pre-covid levels of turnover and growth.
The applicant must be willing and able to undertake all standard finance functions including processing high volume purchase invoices on to the system, resolving queries with suppliers, supplier statement and credit card reconciliations, preparation of payment runs & processing of employee expenses.

What you'll need to succeed
· You will have at least 4 years’ experience working in finance and be able to demonstrate thorough understanding of a broad range of accounts functions.
· Have strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
· The role is varied so a flexible and positive approach is a must.
