We operate over 3000 groups a year throughout the UK and Europe. That gives us real buying power with hotels. We liaise closely with the hotels management team, negotiating the best rates and ensuring they contact us first with any late availability and special promotions.
We only work with groups, not FITs, ensuring the hotels give us the lowest possible rates, without fear of exposing these exceptional rates to individual clients.
We only sell to tour operators, never to the public direct. Even on our website all rates are password protected, ensuring that no-one can undercut the rates we offer you for your group.
We know which hotels are most in need of leisure business, and when they suffer from their lowest occupancy levels, and we place our groups accordingly, resulting in some really amazing rate deals for our clients. This can lead to some fantastic upgrades for your groups, for example:
- Student groups who used to use hostels are now using central 3* hotels including full buffet breakfast at the same price
- Stag and hen groups who used to stay in Travel Inns are now staying in city centre 4* hotels for less
- Sports groups who used to be stay in campus accommodation are now paying the same rate to stay in 3* hotels with leisure facilities and grounds.
